The health insurance provider Sygeforsikringen ”danmark” choses for its 2.7 million members

22 February 2024: Sygeforsikringen “danmark” has chosen as a communication platform for its members. With its 2.7 million members, “danmark” becomes’s largest customer to date. is set to be implemented in May 2024.

Sygeforsikringen “danmark” has not previously used a digital post solution but will now use to communicate easily and securely with its members. will seamlessly be integrated with “danmarks” own self-service platform through single-sign-on (SSO), allowing members to access services across the platforms without needing to log in more than once. has been chosen for several reasons, including that it’s a GDPR-secure communication platform with verified senders as well as a personal mailbox connected to a CPR number. This ensures that the members of “danmark” receive reliable and trustworthy digital post.

As already shows digital post from the government and numerous private companies to all Danish citizens, “danmark” finds it advantageous to use a platform that the Danes already use and are familiar with. Sygeforsikringen “danmark” will continue to communicate through their own self-service platform, but by offering, they provide members with an interactive and integrated solution that enhances the digital membership service.

The agreement with Sygeforsikringen “danmark” is the latest addition to a series of new major customers for the platform. Recently, has secured the right to develop a model for a next generation digital post solution in Scotland and has entered a deal with BEC for a new secure archive solution for 2 million Danish bank customers.
