Udbetaling Danmark is a public authority administered by the ATP Group (Danish Labour Market Supplementary Pension) and is responsible for the collection, disbursement and control of a number of public benefits on behalf of the state.
Among such is the administration of more than 30 different childcare benefits. Most notable of these are:
- Child and youth benefits
- Childcare benefits to single parents
- Maintenance allowances for child support and alimony
Netcompany has developed the new, scalable, flexible platform that supports on-time, safe and correct payments of all childcare benefits in Denmark.
The ‘Family benefits’ solution pays out more than DKK 18 billion annually, and collects debt for DKK 2.5 billion. It utilizes Netcompany’s AMPLIO platform which includes business process modelling, an advanced rule engine and intelligent mail merge allowing for highly automated case handling with human assistance on subjective matters only.
Besides Family benefits, the platform is also used for two other major ATP solutions: Housing benefits and Social Pension (state pension and disability benefits) both delivered by Netcompany.
