As Chief Strategy Officer at Smarter Airports - a joint venture between Netcompany and Copenhagen Airport - he shapes long-term growth strategy and helps airports rethink how they operate in a digital, data-driven world.

His career spans senior roles at Lockheed Martin and Deloitte, alongside leadership positions in specialist aviation software companies, consistently guiding complex operational environments from legacy systems to integrated, performance-focused platforms.

Martin is a strong advocate for aligning technology with measurable business outcomes, improving collaboration, resilience, and efficiency across the airport ecosystem. He is a regular international speaker and a member of ACI World’s Airport IT Standing Committee.
