Committed to sustainability reporting

Our sustainability statements 2025 contain the most relevant and business-essential sustainability information and are, for the second year, reported in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This includes sustainability matters related to our own operations at Netcompany, as well as those affecting our value chain.

2025 has been a year of optimisation and applying additional external information, including sector-specific knowledge applicable to our value chain. These external factors, along with a new Climate Scenario Analysis, further enhanced our 2025 Double Materiality Assessment (DMA). The outcomes from our 2025 assessments align with the previous year, we report on the following standards in addition to the mandatory General disclosures and the EU Taxonomy:

  • Climate change
  • Water and marine resources
  • Resource use and circular economy
  • Environmental management
  • Own workforce
  • Consumers and end-users
  • Business conduct

Priorities related to business model and strategy

Our identified material impacts, risks and opportunities (IROs) are located across our own operation, as well as in both upstream and downstream value chains, and any related dependencies were considered in our DMA.

Our value chain includes essential equipment and services that directly support our strategy and business model to deliver customer value and enable digitalisation across Europe.

Key upstream relationships involve hardware and software suppliers, while key downstream relationships include data centre suppliers.

Our downstream value chain stakeholders enable digitalisation in civil society by providing citizens with access to essential public services. It also encompasses resource outputs from end-of-life IT hardware in data centres and offices.

Engaging with stakeholders

Our key stakeholders include internal and external parties who help us create value and for whom we generate value. These include our employees, suppliers, business partners, private and public sector clients, EU partners, investors, as well as civil society and end-users. Maintaining continuous stakeholder dialogue informs our strategic decisions and daily operations.

Each stakeholder group has unique needs and perspectives. Our goal is to stay informed and act on opportunities and risks identified through our engagement and dialogue with key stakeholders.

Engagement with our key stakeholders occurs through a mix of informal interactions and formal structures, such as collecting feedback and insights from within and outside our organisation.
