Netcompany develops a shared registration system for probation organisations in the Netherlands

Netcompany has been selected to develop a unified registration system on behalf of the three collaborating probation organisations (3RO) in the Netherlands. As an innovation partner, Netcompany will also be responsible for the system’s development, implementation, maintenance, and user training.

The three organisations – Reclassering Nederland, Stichting Verslavingsreclassering GGZ, and Stichting Leger des Heils Jeugdbescherming & Reclassering – have chosen Netcompany as their strategic innovation partner for the development, management, and implementation of a new registration system to support the execution of the probationary work and collaboration in the criminal justice chain.

The new system, based on the AMPLIO case management platform, will replace IRIS (Integrated Probation Information System), which currently has more than 3,300 active users and over 300,000 client records. Netcompany will also oversee data and user migration, deliver training, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of 3RO in its role as innovation partner.

The partnership has been formalised in a five-year agreement, with the option to extend for up to fifteen years. By selecting Netcompany as its strategic innovation partner, 3RO is taking an important step towards future-proof and efficient support for its social mission: helping people rebuild their lives and preventing recidivism.
