Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow Support Engineer in Netcompany?

As a ServiceNow Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for the ServiceNow HAM module
  • Identify and resolve technical bugs, integration errors and troubleshoot
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
  • Monitor and audit the Asset-CI synchronization to ensure the CMDB remains accurate and reliable.
  • Recommend and implement minor enhancements to HAM dashboards, reports, and stockroom triggers.
  • Create user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • ​​​​​​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken
  • ITIL Foundation certification with solid knowledge and practical experience of ITIL processes and service management practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing the ServiceNow HAM Professional module.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, including UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform configuration.
  • Familiarity with hardware discovery and asset management tools, including their integration with the ServiceNow environment.

What could be an asset: 

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SPM; related certifications are considered an asset.
  • Completion of ServiceNow training in scripting, application development, and platform customization.
  • Experience working with web services and integrations using REST, SOAP, and XML technologies.
