Who can join?

  • 3rd- or 4th-year students majoring in IT software fields (IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) 
  • Good command of English 
  • Strong interest in web or mobile development 
  • Seeking an internship opportunity at an IT global company

FAQ

Yes. We prioritise 3rd- and 4th-year students, but if spots are available, students from other years will also be considered.  

We will email you confirmation if you are eligible to participate. 

It is an individual challenge. After a three-hour challenge, the top 40 participants with the highest scores will advance to the next round 

The competition supports four languages: Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python. You can choose any of the supported languages to solve the questions 

It is a team activity. You’ll be grouped with other IT fellows in a team of eight to work on a case study.

No. The frequency of office work is discussed and agreed upon by your team and the mentors. 

Yes, as long as you finish the project simulation with the team, Netcompany can support this.  

You will still go through our official interview process, but the IT Accelerator is designed to help you gain a good understanding of Netcompany, demonstrate your potential, and prepare you for a successful transition into a full-time position.
