  • Talent development from day one

Netcompany is built on our joint ability to deliver, and attracting and retaining top talent is crucial. We are dedicated to creating an environment where all individuals can thrive and fully develop their talents. We aim to foster a work environment where knowledge-sharing and professional development are part of everyday life at work and where our people have a sense of belonging – in their teams and beyond.

  • Learning environment

Netcompany’s learning environment comprises three parts: Formal training, on-the-job training, and peer-to-peer coaching.

Formal training via academies

Employees are automatically enrolled in learning academies to facilitate continuous development and growth. These academies provide tools to address complex IT challenges, offering tailored learning modules aligned with career progression, roles, and career models. This customized learning supports ongoing career development, allowing employees to progress at their own pace.

On-the-job training

New employees are encouraged to contribute from day one, with on-the-job training ensuring quick onboarding and professional and social belonging. Training by seasoned team members reduces the time needed to contribute effectively. As employees grow, their responsibilities evolve, enabling them to educate less experienced colleagues.

Peer-to-peer mentoring

Employees receive career coaching through senior peers and managers. Each employee is paired with a mentor who supports their career development, ensuring continuous improvement and preparation for the next career step. This relationship fosters long-term value and close bonds, providing stability and guidance despite changing projects.

  • Effective Environments

We aim to create a modern, inclusive, and inspiring office environment to boost collaboration and innovation. While flexible work arrangements are embraced, the office remains essential for learning, development, and building strong relationships. A positive physical workspace accelerates learning and fosters creativity and teamwork.

  • Ensuring a positive work environment

Social events are central to our lively community, promoting cooperation and job satisfaction. These events include various activities like running, cycling, football, board games, cultural nights, ceramics workshops, and themed parties. They help employees connect, build networks, and form lasting friendships, ensuring support and engagement.

Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a platform for open communication between employees and leadership, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. ERGs enable employees to advocate for their needs, share perspectives, and contribute to a supportive and inclusive culture. Established in three entities, ERGs drive meaningful change, creating an environment where every employee feels valued and supported.
