At this early stage, holding 3000+ profiles of professional women, the database will allow journalists to find qualified reference sources. But it is also designed to be scalable and pave the way for more women in business. As such, it showcases the many talented women working across different industries and sectors, creating the perfect framework for organisations to find qualified women to occupy board seats and other key roles.

Moving forward, we want to see more companies united and engaged in this project, so we can create momentum and address the same societal challenges. By 2025, we want to see the following categories of female experts rise by at least 10 percent; the proportion of female sources in the media, the proportion of female directors in Denmark, the proportion of female board members and the proportion of female entrepreneurs.
