Netcompany launches pioneering solution for Heimstaden Bostad, PHM Group and Thylander

Netcompany expands into property management through a new strategic collaboration with Heimstaden Bostad, PHM Group and Thylander. The collaboration will center around a new solution built on Netcompany’s market-leading, data-driven AMPLIO platform.

The residential property company Heimstaden Bostad, the property services group PHM Group and real estate investor and developer Thylander have entered a strategic collaboration with Netcompany, who is launching AMPLIO Estate — a new solution for property management companies that aims to set new digital standards for property management across Europe.

Initially, Heimstaden Bostad and PHM Group will implement the platform and, in close collaboration with Thylander, contribute to the further development of its property-specific modules. At Heimstaden Bostad, the solution will first be rolled out across the company’s approximately 20,000 Danish homes, ensuring efficient property management for both tenants and landlords.

At PHM Group, the roll-out will begin with Danish entities including DEAS, Taurus, Bjørnsholm and Nordstjernens Ejendomsadministration. This marks Netcompany’s entry into the property market alongside several of Denmark’s largest property players, who together administrate more than 400,000 units across their markets.

A solution for all property management companies

AMPLIO Estate is a core system for property management based on Netcompany’s proven AMPLIO platform, which already supports thousands of users in society-critical sectors such as finance and public administration. It is designed to reduce operating costs, optimise workflows through automation, and has artificial intelligence integrated directly into core processes via Netcompany’s EASLEY AI taking automation and user experience to a new level.

Developed in Europe and operated on European infrastructure, AMPLIO Estate ensures high operational reliability and full control over both the solution and the data. Its well-tested, modular technology combines short implementation times with high scalability, making it suitable for property management companies of different sizes and complexities.

  • »With our market-leading AMPLIO platform and unique collaboration with Heimstaden Bostad, PHM Group, and Thylander we can offer property management companies a solution that lowers costs, increases automation with AI, and enables a fully data-driven approach something the sector has yearned after to realise its vast digitalisation potential. Our clear ambition is for AMPLIO Estate to be rapidly rolled out at scale and set a new standard for residential property management across Europe,« says Anders Reinholdt Jacobsen, Partner at Netcompany.

  • »The property sector is poised for a technological step change. Through this alliance, we at Heimstaden Bostad bring our deep industry insight into play and demonstrate how digitalisation can create far greater value through smoother processes, a higher degree of automation and simpler communication between tenants, landlord and external partners. I am convinced that together we are building the digital platform of the future for the property sector in Denmark and beyond,« says Nikolaj Brammer, Chief Digital Officer at Heimstaden.

  • »For PHM, this collaboration marks an important step in our digital journey. It unites our high ambitions for quality, integrity and scalability with the goal of creating property administration grounded in the reality our colleagues face every day. With this platform — and together with strong partners — we gain a solid foundation that delivers on those ambitions and creates value from day one,« says Kasper Bygholm, CEO at PHM.

  • »The real estate industry is in the midst of a digital transformation, where data and technology are key to driving efficiency, transparency, and long-term value. Through our collaboration with Netcompany, Heimstaden Bostad, and PHM Group, we can combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology to ensure that digital innovation is rooted in how real estate creates value in the real world. That’s what makes this partnership both relevant and impactful for the entire sector,« says Jarl Greve, Partner, CFO & Head of Investor Relations at Thylander.
