Business Consultant - Opportunity Lead Germany

Are you looking to hold a key position in Netcompany's expansion to the German public market, with significant influence on market strategy and tender prioritization? This new role combines market analysis, opportunity management, and tender coordination, from initial exploration to final contract negotiation.
Tasks
You will become part of Netcompany's Digital Government Group team and take a central role in driving our commercial efforts within the German public sector. We are seeking a new colleague with a commercial mindset and strategic overview to help us identify and analyze key business opportunities. You will work independent ensuring we pursue the right tenders.
This position requires you to thrive at the intersection of sales, delivery, legal, and management, leveraging your analytical skills and structural discipline. You'll be part of a dynamic, international work environment based in Copenhagen (potentially Berlin, or Munich) working closely with German stakeholders. The role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and personal development within the public sector and international business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opportunity & Market Management:
- Mapping and analysis of previous public tenders in Germany.
- Continuous surveillance, monitoring, and forecasting of upcoming public tenders (federal and state level).
- Building and maintaining the opportunity pipeline for the German market.
- Supporting Netcompany's Bid Management Team.
- Supporting the formal part of proposal writing, including structure, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Coordinating input from internal subject matter experts (and external partners).
- Contributing to the finalization and quality assurance of legal contracts and agreements.
About you
- Experience with opportunity management, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Experience with public tenders, preferably from IT, digitalization, consulting, or related areas in Germany.
- Knowledge of – or a strong interest in – the German public market and procurement system.
- Experience with contract work in collaboration with legal functions, including an understanding of bid management and proposal processes.
- A relevant master’s degree and strong written communication skills in both English and German.
