Are you ready to discover the role of a IT Onboarding Manager in Netcompany?
As an IT Onboarding Manager you will:
- Lead customer relationship management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of digital and IT solutions across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and onboarding frameworks to ensure tailored engagement and effective implementation.
- Design, monitor, and report on adoption dashboards, KPIs, and progress metrics to track onboarding performance and outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for multiple stakeholder types, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to full digital adoption.
- Proactively identify stakeholder needs and required services, resolving issues and complaints quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that translate onboarding objectives into actionable plans, increasing engagement and measurable adoption results.
- Support the success of IT projects and digital initiatives by keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and confident in using new solutions.
- Prepare and deliver structured reports to relevant governance bodies, providing insights, risks, and recommendations to optimize onboarding effectiveness.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with working knowledge of French and Spanish (C1) considered assets.
- Strong experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to build and manage adoption dashboards and performance reports.
- Experience analysing customer segments and resolving product-related pain points.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of the IT domain and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with web services and integrated systems, primarily XML-based.
- Experience in onboarding stakeholders for interconnected web services is desirable.
