What does it feel like to be an Operations Engineer in Netcompany?

As an Operations Engineer, you will:

• Manage daily operations of monitoring and APM tools, including AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Icinga, and Splunk.
• Design and evaluate management systems (architecture design, tool assessment, PoCs, pre-production testing).
• Implement new operational solutions (production migration, procedure definition, operator training, tool customization/configuration).
• Define and track operational metrics; recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • IT monitoring and log management
  • Infrastructure performance (fault, capacity, or security management)
  • IT Support (Level 1 and/or Level 2)
  • Data analysis, IT metrics, and reporting
  • IT customer support services
• Experience in at least three of the following areas:
  • Log Management
  • Data Monitoring
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML)
  • Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
  • Microservices and container architectures
  • Cloud-based services
  • DevOps methodologies
  • AIOps practices
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations.
• Fluency in English.
