What does it feel like to be an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent in Netcompany?

As an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent, you will:

• Follow up on requests for the installation, relocation, and removal of IT equipment.
• Record and update request actions in the internal management tool.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure IT equipment movements are completed on time.
• Monitor requests and keep users informed about their status.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support daily IT logistics and planning activities.

What would make you a good fit for the role:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 2010 (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of French and English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level).
