Job Description

Do you want to shape how Talent Acquisition operates across a large international IT organisation?

This is a strategic, non-recruiting role within Group HR, focused on developing and improving Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and projects across multiple countries. You will work closely with local Talent Acquisition teams and senior business stakeholders, helping drive consistency, quality, and data-driven decision making at a Group level.

You will combine analytical work, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. We are looking for someone who can challenge ideas, communicate clearly, and turn strategy into practical solutions. Core components of the job include:

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor and report on FTE development and hiring trends across countries
  • Build forecasts and support workforce planning through data analysis
  • Create reports and update dashboards
  • Develop templates and tools supporting Talent Acquisition strategy planning
  • Ensure data supports decision making and strategic alignment

Recruitment Training

  • Design and deliver recruitment workshops for Hiring Managers
  • Keep training content practical, relevant, and up to date
  • Promote structured and effective hiring practices across the organisation

Project Management

  • Research, design, and deliver Talent Acquisition projects end-to-end
  • Build project structures and plans independently, with limited supervision
  • Drive implementation across multiple countries and stakeholders

Systems Management

  • Support administration of recruitment systems and related vendor contracts
  • Ensure tools are used consistently and effectively across the group

Business Collaboration

  • Partner with local Talent Acquisition teams, HR, and business leaders
  • Coordinate communication across regions
  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner on Talent Acquisition topics

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • BA or MA degree
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, ideally within the IT market
  • Experience working in a large international organisation; group or regional exposure is a strong advantage
  • Proven project management experience, including designing and implementing new processes or tools
  • Confident presenter, able to deliver training sessions to managers and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel skills and experience working with data and reports
  • Ability to build clear, structured analyses and translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different seniority levels and cultures
  • Strategic thinking combined with a practical, hands-on approach
  • Comfortable challenging ideas, providing constructive input, and working independently while remaining collaborative
