Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Business Analyst in Netcompany?
As a Senior Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, including business cases, vision documents, and project charters.
- Analyse and model business processes, assess business models, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse large and complex datasets, perform data mining, and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Define data rules and controls, collaborate with data stewards, ensure data integrity, and maintain high data quality standards.
- Evaluate advanced AI, ML, NLP, and business intelligence solutions; contribute to analytics architecture design and solution stack implementation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and emerging AI regulations, conduct risk analysis, and contribute to security planning.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams while managing cross-project interdependencies.
- Develop application mock-ups, support UX/interface specifications, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Working experience of at least 10 years as Business Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, and Large Language Models.
- Experience with languages like R, Python, PERL.
- Good knowledge of SQL tooling (NoSQL DB, MongoDB, Hadoop, SQL)
- Working experience in one of the following areas: predictive (forecasting, recommendation), prescriptive (simulation), sentiment analysis, topic detection, social media crawling and processing, plagiarism detection, trends/anomalies detection in datasets, recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of Graph Databases and application UI/UX design.
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
- Fluency in English. Working knowledge of French is an important asset.
