Job Description

Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a End Point Administrator in Netcompany?

As an End Point Administrator you will:

  • Operate independently and expertly across all endpoint management activities, serving as a key point of contact and trusted specialist within the organisation.
  • Apply endpoint administration skills with an organisation-wide perspective, ensuring solutions align with broader business, security, and operational priorities.
  • Proactively propose and implement practical enhancements to endpoint processes, tooling, and standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues by translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable guidance that supports skill development across the team.
  • Contribute to senior-level discussions and strategic decisions related to endpoint technologies, policies, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reference materials, documentation, and best-practice guidelines for endpoint management.
  • Coordinate and lead activities within the endpoint area, providing technical direction and acting as a team lead when required.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in device and system administration.
  • Expertise in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows client operating systems.
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting endpoints and peripherals.
  • Experience in application packaging, operating system imaging, and deployment.
  • Strong skills in scripting and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English & French (written and spoken).
  • ITIL certification is mandatory.
  • Relevant technical certifications in at least one of the following areas:
    • Microsoft 365: Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
    • Microsoft: Administering and Deploying System Center Configuration Manager (or equivalent)
    • VMware: Digital Workspace 2022 (VCP-DW 2022) (or equivalent)
    • Cisco: Certified Technician Collaboration
    • McAfee: Certified Product Specialist – ePO
