Job Description

As Key Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the growth and ongoing success of some of our most important client relationships, ensuring we deliver exceptional value while expanding our footprint across their organisations.

You will be trusted to act as the strategic partner to your accounts, deepening engagement at senior levels and aligning Netcompany’s portfolio of solutions with our clients’ evolving needs.

With your background in IT services sales and account management, you will understand how to bridge the gap between customer challenges and our technical expertise, positioning Netcompany as a trusted, long-term partner. Ideally, you will have experience in the airline or other transport sectors, bringing valuable insight into how digital transformation is reshaping the Transport industry.

  • Proven track record of success in Key Account Management within a professional IT services company.
  • Experience managing major accounts with significant annual revenues, with responsibility for growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Strong background in technology sales, preferably within the transport sector.
  • Comfortable operating at C-level and able to translate client business challenges into IT-enabled solutions.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing long-term partnerships and influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to construct and negotiate profitable deals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing multi-level client engagements.
  • Insight into digital transformation programmes and how IT services can enable business value.
