Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Front Office Agent in Netcompany?
As a Front Office Agent you will:
- Receive, prioritize, and track service requests and incidents.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Keep users informed of ticket progress and resolutions.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow ITIL procedures.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and functional mailboxes.
- Maintain and update operational procedures.
- Support testing, regression checks, and impact assessments for new application releases.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- IT diploma or relevant background
- Over 1 year of professional experience in application support or a similar IT role
- Proven experience in Application Support with a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Strong English communication skills; French is a plus
- Reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Previous experience with the European Commission is an asset
- Technical skills: SQL, Oracle, Linux, Unix, Windows, Tomcat, openLDAP, SAML, OpenID, PAM, MFA, Federated SSO, TPM, QR code, Mobile App, APIs, onboarding systems, iOS, Android, network and security fundamentals
