So, what are the main responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager for EU Institutions in Netcompany?

As a Client Relationship Manager you will:

• Act as the primary point of contact for EU institutional clients under the Time & Means Framework Contract, building trusted and long-term partnerships.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively translate them into new sales opportunities and recruitment requirements.
• Act as the direct manager for deployed consultants, perform contractual follow-ups and conduct interviews were applicable
• Coordinate internal delivery, recruitment, and operational teams to align with evolving client priorities and contractual frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Management to identify and develop add-on service and expansion opportunities.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Around 5 years of relevant experience in ICT services, preferably within the EU sector
• Proven experience working with European Institutions and a solid understanding of Time and Means (T&M) contracts
• Hands-on experience in managing teams and delivering services under structured contractual environments, such as framework contracts or large-scale service agreements for EU clients
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong client service mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to critically evaluate information with keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong advantage
• Being a true team player with experience working in multicultural and diverse teams
• Resilience under pressure and ability to perform effectively in high-demand, dynamic environments
