Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior Helpdesk Agent in Netcompany?
As a Junior Helpdesk Agent, you will:
- Maintain daily an Atlassian-based knowledge database system and ticketing tools (Confluence and JIRA).
- Communicate and share experiences with team colleagues in an open and structured way.
- Identify and share trends in support requests and work with direct colleagues and development teams to implement permanent solutions.
- Ensure communication with the client, prioritize their requests and take care of their resolution/implementation at the Helpdesk service level in due time.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, providing support for applications/software in plurilingual environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of internet browsers and MS Office suite tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels
- Fluency in English, French, and possibly German, both written and verbal, is essential. Other EU languages will be considered as an advantage.
