Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Application Support Specialist in Netcompany?
As a Senior Application Support Specialist you will:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support (remote and on-site).
- Handle incidents, problems, and service requests, ensuring high first-call resolution.
- Record, track, and document incidents, problems, and requests.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
- Install, configure, and test PC/user environments and applications.
- Collaborate with system and database administrators for administration tasks.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational procedures.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of additional EU languages is an asset.
- User-oriented, empathetic, and highly autonomous.
