Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Graphic Designer in Netcompany?

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Produce high quality, optimized and accessible graphic design products, for online and offline purpose, such as illustrations, icons, banners, campaign images, backdrops, factsheets, infographics, etc.
  • Design and layout presentations, wireframes and webpages prototypes or publications, including newsletters, reports, leaflets and e-books.
  • Design, brand and adapt promotional materials (gadgets, stands, roll-ups, banners and other advertising or promotional supports).
  • Create and research images, animated and info graphics, illustrations for all types of information material, purchase stock photos and illustrations for multiple uses, including the editorial research and the management of copyright related issues.
  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of digital campaigns.
  • Contribute to the organization of files and folders and the roll-ups.
  • Give trainings on graphic design to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role: 

  • University Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Microsoft PowerPoint, and wireframing tools. Experience with Canva and other online design platforms is an asset.
  • Proven experience in designing for both digital and print media, including branding materials, infographics, publications, and campaign visuals.
  • Strong conceptual and creative skills with the ability to develop engaging, high-quality, and accessible graphic content for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects, liaise with external contractors, and coordinate with stakeholders, including EU institutions and digital campaign teams.
  • Experience in providing training on graphic design tools and best practices, along with the ability to offer strategic advice on visual communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and other European languages are a plus.
