Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Project Manager in Netcompany?
As a Project Manager you will:
- Define and manage the project charter and work plan.
- Lead and coordinate sprint planning, assigning tasks based on priorities and team capacity.
- Ensure tasks are properly scoped, estimated, and documented before being added to a sprint.
- Monitor sprint execution, perform quality checks, and provide regular progress updates.
- Present deliverables, gather feedback, and secure approvals from stakeholders.
- Organize and lead backlog grooming and sprint closure meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all deliverables are correctly stored.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.
- Manage JIRA: workflows, plugins, access, fields, filters, and dashboards.
- Initiate new projects based on team feedback or improvement needs.
Qualifications
What would make me a fit for the role is:
- Fluency in English at C1 level, combined with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Over three years of experience in project and service management, including Change and Release Management.
- Proficiency in JIRA, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio.
- A highly organised, solution-oriented approach, with strong time and priority management skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, supported by an Agile mindset.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A calm, adaptable nature under pressure, with a reputation for punctuality and reliability.
- Confidence and ease working in multicultural and international settings.
- Certification in ITIL v3 Foundation and PRINCE2.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- ITIL 4, Agile certifications
- Knowledge and working experience with EU institutions (experience with the European Commission is an asset)
- Knowledge of additional EU languages (e.g. French)
- A technical background in relevant service areas
