Are you ready to discover the role of a ITAM - ServiceNow Business Analyst in Netcompany?

As a ITAM - ServiceNow Business Analyst you will:

• Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Optimize Processes: Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and user experience.
• Automate Workflows: Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to boost efficiency.
• Enhance HAM: Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Test & Document: Assist in testing and create detailed documentation.
• Present Solutions: Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year working with ServiceNow
• Solid background in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT asset tracking, with a focus on lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• A proactive, service-minded team player
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English
• Highly motivated to learn and grow continuously
