Are you ready to discover the role of a ITAM - System Administrator in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a ITAM - System Administrator you will:

• Maintain and support the ServiceNow HAM module, ensuring regular updates and smooth operation.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve support tickets related to HAM functionality.
• Manage user access and roles according to the RBAC matrix.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding across ServiceNow environments.
• Ensure compliance with the HAM security plan through regular audits.
• Document system configurations, access controls, and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to meet system needs.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Proven experience administering and supporting the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, permissions, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Hands-on experience with ticket triage, debugging, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow environment
• Familiarity with user onboarding and offboarding processes, particularly in managing access rights in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of security compliance standards, with the ability to maintain systems aligned with organizational security plans
• Excellent knowledge of English, and good command of French, would be a plus
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Desirable:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Sys Admin Certificate)
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and asset lifecycle management
