Job Description
  • Content Development:
    • Develop and maintain a repository of bid response templates, service descriptions, case studies, and supporting materials.
    • Author persuasive and customised content that highlights the unique value proposition and thought leadership of Netcompany's managed services.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate this knowledge into bid content.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Lead and manage the creation of high-quality bid and framework responses for managed services opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to gather insights and information essential for bid submissions.
    • Engage with customers both during and outside of bid processes to shape opportunities and help them understand Netcompany's capabilities.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and client requirements in the managed services sector.
    • Monitor industry developments and adjust marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
    • Provide insights and feedback to product teams to inform and guide service development and enhancements.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Drive proactive marketing campaigns to promote Netcompany's managed services offerings, working with delivery and technology partners.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new services and solutions.
    • Identify and develop new offerings and propositions by combining Netcompany's managed services with digital transformation capabilities and development platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with service delivery managers and technical teams to understand service offerings and differentiators.
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify strategic opportunities and customise responses to client needs.
    • Facilitate communication between technical, operational, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and cohesive collateral and content.
Qualifications
  • Ability to author high-quality marketing content that reflects thought leadership and strategic value.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market research into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Familiarity with managed services and digital transformation technologies a plus
