Are you ready to discover the role of an ITAM - Operational Change Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As an ITAM - Operational Change Consultant you will:

• Assist in implementing digital strategies and optimizing local processes.​
• Support integration of platforms like ServiceNow with local systems, ensuring alignment with broader strategies.​Collect and analyze operational data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.​
• Track local incidents, escalate issues, and support resolution processes to minimize disruptions.​
• Maintain process documentation and promote knowledge sharing across locations.​
• Provide training and ongoing support to local teams on ServiceNow usage.​
• Ensure local operations comply with policies and regulations; assist with audits and documentation.​
• Work with Digital Operations Manager and central teams to address local challenges and align with digital transformation efforts.​
• Identify and implement local process improvements in collaboration with other locations.​
• Help identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Experience in supporting operational transitions of HAM programs within ServiceNow.​
• Strong understanding of HAM processes, including asset reconciliation, lifecycle tracking, and operational workflows for hardware asset requests, maintenance, and retirements.​
• Proficiency in monitoring and maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure HAM accuracy and compliance.​
• Experience in managing operational incidents, changes, and problems related to HAM functionality.​
• Hands-on expertise in updating HAM-related workflows, catalogue items, and business rules within ServiceNow.​Ability to deliver operational reports and dashboards aligned with HAM program objectives.​
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and ensuring HAM program continuity during version changes.​
• Strong root cause analysis skills for troubleshooting hardware asset discrepancies.​
• Excellent documentation skills to support the handover of HAM processes to operations teams.​

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• ITIL certification with a focus on asset and configuration management.
• Experience working on HAM programs in large-scale, global environments.
• Familiarity with asset lifecycle best practices and compliance frameworks.
• French knowledge is an asset (At least B-2); knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
• Experience with European Commission is an asset.
• Engineering or computer science background.
