Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Digital Media Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Digital Media Analyst you will:

  • Collect and analyze data from various digital sources, including web analytics, social media, advertising platforms, and online databases.
  • Evaluate large-scale Pan-European digital communications, compiling detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Monitor online conversations using social listening tools to identify trends and measure sentiment.
  • Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to contextualize data analysis, aligning with client needs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as social media experts, project managers, and UX/UI teams, to exchange insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media tools and data analysis, integrating best practices into daily work.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital communications, statistics, data analysis, or a related field.​
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital media, data analysis, or performance evaluation.​
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.​
  • Advanced knowledge of social media, campaign performance, optimization, and monitoring.​
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.​
  • Proven experience with social media ads reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads).​
  • Strong experience with web and organic social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics); knowledge of Matomo is a plus.​
  • Hands-on experience in creating dashboards and using visualization tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or similar platforms; knowledge of Supermetrics is a plus.​
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with a keen eye for detail.

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

  • Familiarity of social listening tools, such as Brandwatch will be considered a plus.
  • Passionate about data analysis
  • Eager to delve into social media content analytics and even more thrilled to derive insights from it.
  • Able to understand content performance from a total, paid and organic perspective.
  • An analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, pro-active
  • A dynamic personality, with the ability to work as part of a team
  • An effective communicator, skilled in presenting complex data in a clear and impactful way.
