Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Knowledge Management and Training Specialist in Netcompany?
As a Knowledge Management and Training Specialist, you will:
- Develop and maintain technical and non-technical knowledge assets, including manuals, SOPs, SDPs, ITIL processes, policies, step-by-step and user guides, templates, how-to articles, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Work closely with different stakeholders to enhance documentation by collecting information from various sources (e.g., emails, Teams, meetings) and capturing best practices, process workflows, lessons learned, and project guidelines.
- Organize, update, and publish content using tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Review and refine documentation to eliminate gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies, by applying content standards, including formatting, terminology, and branding, to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Assess training needs and research available learning resources and develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions to ensure timely and effective learning delivery, including training sessions on Confluence, SharePoint Online, and ServiceNow functionalities.
- Track progress on Training and Learning initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders, engaging with attendees, and maintaining relevant training reports.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's Knowledge Management Strategy, Communication, Training and Learning policies, and data security regulations.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Knowledge / Document Specialist / Training Specialist role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), in SharePoint Online, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with preparing training material and providing training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to facilitate training and workshops.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and departments.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in EU Institutions environment is an asset.
- A certification in ITIL V3/V4 is an advantage.
