Are you ready to discover the role of an IoT & Asset Management Engineer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an IoT and Asset Management Engineer you will: 

• Design and develop automation workflows for asset management, including data identification and integration for electrical equipment, engines, pumps, and other assets, collaborating with domain experts.
• Identify and integrate IoT sensors and smart devices for Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Python or other programming languages.
• Work with OT/IoT protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) to collect and process asset-related data.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to apply predictive analytics and AI/ML techniques for maintenance forecasting and asset performance optimization.
• Perform data analysis and visualization to support data-driven decision-making.

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Asset Management and automation in industrial environments (e.g., Utilities, Transportation, Defence, Manufacturing).
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with SQL and ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) and industrial data acquisition techniques.
• Knowledge of Condition-Based and Predictive Maintenance strategies.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Infor, IFS, Coswin 8i or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
