You will be involved in supporting socially critical IT systems that do not just have an impact on our customers for specific sectors but for people across the Great British society. You will be integral part of a DevOps team ensuring the quality of service delivered to the customer. At Netcompany you are the critical link between the customer, their business needs, and our technical solution
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the business needs and the required functionality for the customer.
- Prepare test plans and design tests for verifying and validating the Functional and Quality requirements of the solution
- Execute functional tests of solutions internally within Netcompany and externally in collaboration with the customer
Key Skills/Experience/ Qualification
Essential
- 2+ years of software testing experience
- Experience in Test Driven Development
- Familiarity with tools like Postman or Junit
- Ability to create and execute detailed test plans.
- Experience in providing test reports
Desirable
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience with security or penetration testing is a plus
Qualifications
- A relevant bachelor's degree preferably in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) discipline
Additional Information
Additional Requirements:
- Must be reliable and flexible.
- Hours of work will be between 08:00 - 18:00, with an 8-hour working day staggered across the 10-hour timeframe.
Essentials
- Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be able to attain a UK Security Clearance
