Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Desk 1st Line Support Agent - Freelancer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Service Desk 1st Line Support Agent - Freelancer you will:
- Resolve incidents and service requests, install software, configure and upgrade ICT systems and perform minor hardware repairs for end-users devices
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming tickets from our customers via phone and chat channels
- Offer remote support to end-users by either resolving their issues directly or coordinating with relevant parties to ensure the ticket is resolved efficiently and comprehensively
- Assist the end-user with all basic software, hardware and audio-visual equipment
- Train the users in best practices of the usage of the items mentioned above
- Day-to-day operations to satisfy continuity of service, recovery, security and performance needs
We are particularly seeking candidates interested in a freelance contract. Please note that full presence in the office is required.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 3 years of experience in an IT Service Desk and Direct Customer Support role (or similar)
- Good understanding of IT security and best practices
- Proven experience in Active Directory (Microsoft and Azure), Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.), ITSM Tools (Jira or Service Now), Software Installations, and Hardware Troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of common operating systems, softwares and Audio-visual applications
- Ability to provide support over the phone & chat
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a multicultural environment
- Excellenet knowledge of English
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work responsibly and to multitask
- It would be a plus if you also had experience in some of the following: Microsoft 365+, Hardware support, Azure VDI, Bitlocker, VPN, Network troubleshooting
It will be considered as a strong advantage if you have any of the following:
- ITIL V4
- Microsoft Technology Associate(MTA),
- Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Microsoft Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- Microsoft Azure Certificates
- Microsoft 365 Certificates
- CompTIA A+ Technical PC or similar certifications
