Are you ready to discover the role of a Digital Educator in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As a Digital Educator you will:

• Contribute to the implementation of the IT training and knowledge management strategy.
• Conduct training needs analyses and design, adapt, and update training programs and materials.
• Act as a technical writer, proofreading documentation and maintaining the knowledge base.
• Deliver effective training in multiple formats: classroom, online, webinars, and informal sessions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs and student performance.
• Promote and support a culture of continuous professional development.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, with 4+ years of experience.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proven expertise in presentation and online teaching, information architecture, and instructional design.
• Ability to create, adapt, and deliver technical content in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Hands-on experience developing training materials, including e-learning, website design, and visual communication (illustration, typography, translation management).
• Excellent knowledge of English, Knowledge of French would be a strong asset.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Educator/Trainer, IAMCT Approved Technical Trainer, Certified e-Learning Specialist, Adobe Certified Associate/Professional/Expert, or Instructional Skills Certification would be a strong advantage.
