Are you ready to discover the role of a Digital Educator in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As a Digital Educator you will:

• Contribute to the implementation of the IT training and knowledge management strategy. 
• Conduct training needs analyses and design training programs to meet the needs. 
• Produce and/or update existing training materials (content and method) and act as technical writer when needed.
• Proof read documentation and articles and maintain the knowledge bases. 
• Adapt third party training material to support individual competence development in line with organisational needs.
• Deliver effective training in classroom, on-line, webinars or informally. 
• Monitor, evaluate and report effectiveness of training and knowledge. 
• Evaluate and report student performance. 
• Encourage continuous professional development.

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• University degree in Computer Science or other relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Solid research, analytical and writing skills. 
• Excellent presentation skills, including experience in online teaching. 
• Knowledge on information architecture and instructional design. 
• Capacity to create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner, understandable for business users. 
• Illustration, typography, translation management. 
• Development of training material: e-learning and website design. 
• Communication skills and attention to detail 

It would be considered an advantage if you have one of the following: 

• Microsoft Certified Educator 
• Microsoft Certified Trainer 
• IAMCT Approved Technical Trainer 
• Certified e-Learning Specialist  
• Adobe certified Associate, Professional or Expert 
• (Global Knowledge) Instructional Skills Certification.
