Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Web Communication Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a Web Communication Consultant, you will:

• Produce and review content to meet our quality standards.
• Create social media copies and visuals for key milestones (e.g., calls for proposals, info days).
• Maintain and update project and stakeholder social media lists and hashtags.
• Assist units with content creation, review, and validation.
• Support Communication Advisers in drafting annual communication plans and strategies.
• Analyze data to improve communication impact and outreach (e.g., monthly social media reports).
• Benchmark performance against other departments, Agencies, and organizations.
• Organize events and meetings, including our Communication Network meetings (e.g., invitations, agendas, participant management).
• Participate in weekly social media planning, regular external communication, and bimonthly horizontal issue meetings.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of experience.
• Proven experience in creating, editing, and publishing web and social media content, with a focus on coordination across departments.
• Strong skills in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns and boosted posts.
• Ability to engage with partner and stakeholder social media posts, respond to user interactions, and handle politically sensitive communications.
• Expertise in building and maintaining social media distribution networks and identifying opportunities or threats in user-generated content.
• Proficiency in designing social media measurement strategies, setting KPIs, and optimizing campaigns based on data analysis.
• Experience in preparing detailed reports and actionable insights on campaign performance and communication trends.
• Creative mindset to identify and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with corporate goals.
