Job Description
Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Business/ Systems Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Business/ Systems Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled team who design, develop, deploy, customize and support technologies for large EU agencies. The job holder will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and cutting-edge technologies in order to develop a solid background in the field of application development.
As a Business/ Systems Analyst you will:
- Involve with the requirements elicitation.
- Participate in business, functional and progress meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
- Create gap-analysis/elaboration and documentation of AS-IS & TO-BE business process specifications (BPMN).
- Elaborate and document functional & non-functional specifications (UML, Epics/User-Stories).
- Prepare, plan and prioritize project backlog.
- Provide day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users.
- Prepare and deliver demos & trainings.
- Support IT Project Manager to follow-up on deadlines.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field.
- At least 9 years of working experience in the ICT sector, with min. 6 years of experience as a Systems/ Business Analyst.
- Technical expertise in use cases/user stories, business process flows & HTML mockups.
- In-depth knowledge of UML & BPMN.
- A strong background in stakeholder management & customer-facing responsibilities.
- A history of working in software development methodologies Agile (e.g., RUP, Agile).
- Good knowledge of data analysis and data modeling.
- Good understanding of SOA/XML/XSD/WSDL/JSON, and Java technologies is an asset.
- Significant exposure to collaborative tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma/Zeplin, etc.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) or equivalent
- Excellent English skills (French or Spanish knowledge being an asset)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience in business domains of European Institutions.
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively and negotiate features with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for short-term business traveling.
