Job Description
  • Meet and greet all visitors;
  • Signing in visitors according to standard procedures;
  • Assist visitors and occupiers with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner;
  • Proactively offer additional assistance as and when required;
  • Ensure office supplies are regularly audited and replenished as required;
  • Keeping reception, waiting area and kitchens tidy at all times;
  • Liaise with building cleaners, security and facilities when required;
  • Check, read and action emails regularly on a timely basis. That includes creating and managing appointments on MS Outlook/Teams;
  • Answer the telephone in a friendly, timely and professional manner in line with Netcompany standards;
  • Carry out administrative tasks and duties as and when required (photocopying, printing, booking travels, courses, updating spreadsheets etc.)
  • Sorting posts and scanning to the relevant people;
  • Manage all posts, couriers, security lists and building passes for employees and visitors.
  • Maintaining security for the building and reporting any breaches.
  • Adhere to the site’s safety and security procedures and regulations as set out by management;
  • Manage the access control system and authorize temporary passes when required;
  • Supporting Desk booking app checks and audits;
  • Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance;
  • Report any maintenance issues in the reception and common areas to the Facilities/Office Manager and follow up accordingly;
  • Support with any events in the office as and when required;
  • Deal with any questions or queries and escalate where appropriate to the Facilities/Office Manager.
  • Ad-hoc assistance with company events and meetings hospitality requirements
