Head of Group Talent Management

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee and drive our key talent management and performance management processes, with a focus on supporting people development and enhancing organizational performance. This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the evolution of our talent strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and organizational culture.

As Head of Group Talent Management, you will lead the development and execution of talent management initiatives across multiple countries, collaborating closely with Local Heads of HR and local talent management teams. You will be responsible for managing the annual talent processes and driving continuous improvement to enhance and develop talent processes that support individual growth, career progression, and organizational success.

You will work from one of our offices in London, Athens, Oslo, Copenhagen or Warsaw. Your role will involve shaping a thriving work culture that values feedback, mentorship, career clarity, and employee well-being, fostering a high-performance environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Leadership: Lead and oversee global talent management processes, tools, and activities, in collaboration with senior management and HR teams. Drive processes that support performance feedback, development planning, and mentoring to ensure alignment between employee performance and organizational goals.
  • Career Framework: Manage and continuously enhance the career path framework, providing employees with clear career progression and development opportunities.
  • Job Descriptions & Role Clarity: Lead the development and regular updating of job descriptions to align with evolving business needs, ensuring clarity and consistency in roles and responsibilities across the organization.
  • Performance Appraisals: Oversee the bi-annual performance appraisal process, ensuring feedback is constructive and development plans are in place for all employees.
  • Mentorship Program: Manage and evolve the mentorship program, ensuring it aligns with our people development goals and supports a culture of continuous learning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement within the talent management processes and lead initiatives to streamline and optimize systems, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and local HR teams to align talent management strategies with organizational goals, providing insights and support for workforce planning and development.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent management, HR leadership, or organizational development, ideally within an IT consultancy or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, career development frameworks, and talent assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex projects, driving successful outcomes.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
