Job Description
As the HR Manager at Netcompany, you will play a crucial role in supervising the daily operations and management of our HR Team, which encompasses HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding. This dynamic team handles a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, training and development coordination, mobility initiatives, performance management, retention strategies, and promoting employee well-being.
In your capacity as the HR Team Manager, you will work closely with your team to effectively manage, optimize, and improve our HR functions and processes, ensuring the provision of high-quality service and support across all levels of the organization.
Please note that this role is located onsite in Warsaw with remote occasional work.
Qualifications
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Management and coordination of the HR team, ensuring the ongoing professional development and well-being of its members.
- Contribution to the effective achievement of the HR team's objectives, with particular attention to compliance with applicable policies, deadlines, annual cycles, and emerging business needs.
- Collaboration with the company's stakeholders at various levels to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Promotion of best practices and optimization of HR processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
- Implementation of the company's HR policy, including the management of recruitment processes and candidate selection.
- Representation of Netcompany in personnel matters.
- Oversight and management of the HR budget.
- Supervision of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of Employer Branding (EB) processes and activities, and coordinating and planning employee training (both internal and external).
- Monitoring and reporting on HR-specific indicators (KPIs), and planning and implementing appropriate actions.
- Participation in meetings organized within the Netcompany Group, both in Poland and abroad.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree, preferably in HR, administration, or economics, though other fields will also be considered.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of Polish labor law.
- Previous experience in managing recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated experience in directly managing, coaching, and developing team members.
- Proven experience in collaborating within the global structures of a company.
- Familiarity with the IT market is a plus.
