Audio-Visual & IT Support Technician

So, what are the main duties of an Audio-Visual & IT Support Technician in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an Audio-Visual & IT Support Technician, you will: 

• Provide user-friendly, hands-on support to users.
• Set up and manage AV/IT systems for events, conferences, and meetings.
• Identify, report, and resolve hardware (AV/IT) issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular hardware maintenance, both scheduled and proactive.
• Showcase excellent IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Coordinate event logistics via email and phone (English and French).
• Streamline and manage the flow of information and requests.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Prior experience in EU institutions or similar IT environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom).
• Fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Solutions-driven, dynamic, and a team player approach.
• Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and patience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new work methods and handle high-pressure situations.
• Precision, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
