Job Description
So, what are the main duties of a Technical Team Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
- Oversee day-to-day operations for Front Office and/or Back Office teams, including task planning, service level reviews, quality assurance, risk assessment, call handling, escalation, and regular status reports (daily, monthly, yearly).
- Manage resources by planning for shifts, holidays, and project needs, estimating costs, timelines, and staffing to ensure service quality.
- Maintain open communication with senior management.
- Identify challenges proactively and suggest improvements in processes.
- Track team activities against the plan and provide accurate updates regularly.
- Monitor costs, timelines, and resource usage, taking necessary actions if they deviate from planned goals.
- Oversee change control processes.
- Provide strong, motivating leadership to foster skill growth and continuous development within the team.
- Develop and update operational procedures.
- Lead efforts to enhance and optimize services.
- Support and guide change initiatives.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with internal users.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys to ensure internal users’ needs are met.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Strong skills in project and team management
- Proven expertise in quality management
- Advanced knowledge of IT products, both hardware and software
- Highly independent and skilled in using business management tools
- For Central Logistics and Procurement services: solid understanding of logistics processes and advanced skills in planning optimization
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified
- Degree from a first cycle of higher education (minimum 180 ECTS or equivalent / EQF Level 6) with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a second cycle degree (minimum 300 ECTS or equivalent / EQF Level 7) with 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication abilities
- Multitasking and results-focused

- Strong team player
