Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as an DevOps Support Engineer in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As a DevOps Support Engineer you will: 

• provide operational and support expertise for a diverse ecosystem of  Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools within the Delivery Platform (DPL). This includes troubleshooting user issues, configuring tools, and migrating CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket and Bamboo to GitHub.
• support Nexus, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and Harbor environments to enable a smooth transition and enhance the platform's operational stability.
• act as the primary point of contact for users needing assistance with DPL tools.
•  troubleshoot user issues across JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, GitHub, Harbor, Nexus, Keycloak, and SonarQube.
• configure and maintain instances of JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Nexus, Keycloak, and SonarQube to align with organizational standards.
• oversee the configuration and secure management of Nexus and Harbor as artifact and container registries, respectively.
• support Kubernetes (K8s) deployments and maintain K8s configurations as needed to ensure continuous platform functionality.
• plan, develop, and execute migration strategies for moving CI/CD pipelines from Bamboo and Bitbucket to GitHub Actions.

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Strong background in DevOps, particularly in managing and configuring CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments, management, and scaling.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring Nexus, Harbor, and Keycloak for secure artifact and container management.
•  Demonstrated experience in migrating CI/CD pipelines between platforms, ideally from Bamboo and Bitbucket to GitHub.
• Familiarity with GitHub as a replacement for Bitbucket repositories and Bitbucket pipelines.
• Troubleshooting skills across DPL tools, with a focus on JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation of configurations and support workflows.
•  Experience with GitHub Actions & other tools for optimizing CI/CD operations.
• Knowledge of security best practices in CI/CD, and artifact management.
•  Familiarity with Keycloak for user management and authentication protocols.
