Role and responsibilities
As Head of Staff events, you will lead a dynamic team of two employees dedicated to plan and implement impactful staff events at Netcompany. This includes employee-driven social events, as well as professional events including updates, leadership meetings and other related activities.
We are passionate about developing meaningful events, and as Head of Staff Events you will strengthen our internal event strategy and contribute to an even stronger sense of community within our organization.
As Head of Staff Events, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and implementing creative and engaging events for our employees across the organization. You will ensure high quality, attention to detail, efficient time management and establish solid agreements and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and implement staff events that aligns with Netcompany’s culture and values
- Create innovative event concepts that engage employees and meet organizational goals while fostering memorable experiences that inspire and strengthen internal community and teamwork
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders – top management, colleagues, vendors, and participants to ensure expectations are met
- Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maximize the impact and value of event activities
- Continuously optimizing future events to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
About you
For the role of Head of Staff Events, we envision someone who:
- Have extensive experience with event management ideally within a larger organisation with a proven ability to define clear goals
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills, experience leading teams and managing complex projects
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and excels in stakeholder management
- Possess financial skills, experience developing and managing realistic event budgets and keeping track of expenses
- Brings creativity to event planning and can think outside the box to deliver unique experiences
