Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
Joining us as an Application Support Agent Junior you will be part of the SPSS (which stands for Sedia Procurement Systems Support project), we provide applicative support first line and second line to Internal users of the Commission and External users involved in the following process:
- Grants: projects funded by the European Commission through calls for proposals
- eProcurement: services, goods and works purchase by the EU institutions, agencies, and bodies through calls for tenders.
In the context of eGrants and eProcurement, SPSS provides support for EU Login, F&T Portal and Participants Register which are common applications used in both domains. Those applications are grouped under the programme called SEDIA.
For the support of eProcurement, there is a dedicated suite of applications used from the submission of the tenders to the management of the contracts for which we provide support.
As an Application Support Junior you will:
- Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
- Keep end-user informed on request status and progress.
- Participate to meetings with the development team.
- Improve documentation and creating FAQs based on received calls.
- Provide regular updates and reports on existing documentation
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Higher Education or equivalent overall experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in user support
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Strong analytical abilities, quickly understands processes, proactively addresses challenges, and thrives in a diverse, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Fluency in French and in English Level C1 is a must. Other EU language is a plus
- Experience in European Institution is an asset.
