Job Description
- Support the implementation of human resources policies, practices, and programs that support the unique needs of the business unit.
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.
- Keep all staff records up to date.
- Assist staff and direct them to follow the HR processes in all related activities and transactions.
- Assist in providing employee relations support in the following areas: problem-solving , grievance resolution, exit interview reports, turnover analysis and communication, and facilitation/participation in the new hire orientation program.
- Handling monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Identifies areas of opportunity within business units, including training, onboarding, performance management, management development, coaching, etc.
- Solves problems concerning personnel data and or payroll, answers inquiries, and enforces HR policies.
- Ensure effective communication of compensation and benefits plans and policies to associates.
- Initiates changes in work assignments or processing to improve efficiency.
- Assists in the development of overall HR procedures by recommending. improvements or changes when deemed necessary for greater efficiency.
- Participate in committees and projects in areas related to work tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial Engineering ,or any related degree
- 2-4 years of Experience in IT-technology industry.
- Excellent English language
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent knowledge of Jordanian Labor, Tax and Social Security Law is essential.
- Experience in using SAP/ Oracle ERP is a plus.
