Job Description
Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Service Desk 2nd Line Support in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Service Desk 2nd Line Support you will:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems that first-line support agents are unable to handle
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Assist first-line support agents with resolving complex technical issues that they are unable to handle independently
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Experience with Support Analysis for at least 3 to 4 years
- Fluency in English with strong communications skills
- Experience with ITSM Tools (Jira or Service Now)
- Experience with Oracle / SQL
- Experience with IAM (AD, Azure AD or any other Identity Access Management tools)
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience in Application Developer
- Experience in System administration
- Other European languages
- Certifications
