Job Description
Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as an Agile Project Manager in Netcompany?
As an Agile Project Manager you will:
- Facilitate Agile practices: Manage projects from conception (vision and roadmap creation) to completion, using Agile methodologies (Scrum) and PM² best practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational strategies;
- Implement and roll out digital workplace solutions (M365, change management etc.);
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Change management in Agile contexts;
- Develop and adapt project strategies - Co-create project strategies and objectives, maintaining transparency through project backlogs, sprint goals, and deliverables;
- Empower self-organizing teams: Guide and mentor Agile teams, ensuring that they are empowered to manage their own work, remove blockers, and continuously improve their workflows;
- Maintain project visibility: Keep project and quality plans visible and adaptable, using tools like Jira and Confluence, to maintain transparency. Provide regular, concise, and accurate updates on sprint progress, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.;
- Develop continuous integration and continuous deployment scripts, and assist to the overall deployment and configuration of the system.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- A Master's Degree with minimum 10 years' of experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 14 years' of experience;
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, PM²) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
- DevOps experience: Proven experience in integrating DevOps practices into Agile workflows. Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), automated testing, and monitoring to accelerate delivery pipelines;
- Experience with rolling out digital workplace solutions (M365, change management etc.);
- Data analysis and reporting: Familiarity with Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow diagrams) and the ability to generate actionable insights from project data;
- Quality assurance: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) or other quality-centric practices to ensure high-quality delivery;
- Technologies experience: Java, .Net, Microsoft 365 and Business Objects;
- Excellent leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring cross-functional teams;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for effective stakeholder collaboration.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Previous experience working with the EU Institutions.
