Job Description

Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Lead IT Business Analyst (Agile) in Netcompany?  

Joining us as a Lead IT Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects/products for the growing EU and Public Sector business units of Netcompany.  

Our focus is on leveraging technology to create efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric solutions that align with our sustainability goals and contribute to a better society.  

As a Lead IT Business Analyst you will: 

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, guiding their professional development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government officials, to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and automation
  • Perform gap analysis, provide solutions, and lead backlog prioritization, ensuring alignment between user requirements and system capabilities
  • Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams, communicating issues and coordinating software customizations
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform Unit & Integration Tests on software customizations and custom development
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree and certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSPO) are highly desirable
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in large-scale software implementation projects within EU or public sector
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Knowledge of RDBMS concepts and SQL experience (Oracle or PostgreSQL)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, BPMN, and Business Rules Management
