Job Description

So, what are the main duties of an IT Support Specialist in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

  • Checking for the quality of the actions with users, through the analysis of user feedback and the quality of our tickets.
  • Creation of reports on the average score of feedback received from users (twice a year per agent).
  • Organization of workshops to improve the quality of our work.
  • Creation of reports for management on the quality of agents' work, including summaries of the number and type of entries, incidents and requests per week.
  • Documentation to inform agents of new procedures.
  • Helping to document the Wiki and set up workflows for agents.
  • Creating graphs with tools such as Analytics, Excel and Power BI.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Support 
  • Fluent in both English/French both written and oral 
  • Highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled with problem solving, analysis and technical skills
  • Very good skills in all of the MS office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SeviceNow, Outlook, Sharepoint and Visual Basic 
  • Very good skills with end user computers and Windows computers
  • Good understanding of the main mobile devices platforms and core mobile applications
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or where absent, the certification must be passed within 3 months after the start of the contract)
  • Strong experience in Quality check, Documentation and Analytics + Basic support (1rst & 2nd line).
