You’ll be part of a dynamic HR function and report to the Head of Group People Strategy & Analytics. Our global HR organization is central to the business, driving the people and culture agenda that underpins our success. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact, partnering closely with global CoE leads, our global Heads of HR, the Chief People Officer, and senior management.

- Using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to turn data into clear insights and narratives.
- Building visually compelling presentations for top management, senior executives, and global teams.
- Enhancing, refining, and implementing solutions for global and local HR leaders.
Furthermore, we expect you to stay current on industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
About you
You hold a relevant master’s degree (or equivalent experience) with a few years in a similar role—e.g., associate consultant, executive assistant, or comparable. Furthermore, you:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and operate with professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data-visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including at senior executive level.
- Are proactive, change-oriented, and motivated to make a positive impact.
